Loring Heights has just around 300 houses inside its tree-lined neighborhood. Residents are treated to lush greens surrounding the community where they can just bask in nature’s goodness. One of the well-known attractions in the neighborhood is Loring Heights Park, a small open space with a duck pond and swing porches. You may bring your family or friends to the park for a picnic or grill. Another open space that you can visit is the Tanyard Creek Greenspace, which features wheelchair-friendly pathways and secure dog areas.

Many of the houses in Loring Heights are bungalows. Don’t worry if you like another type of housing structure because the neighborhood has development plans for in-town housing.

Fortunately, Loring Heights is at a walking distance to nearby commercial districts in Atlantic Station, Buckhead and Midtown. Rich history

Loring Heights is chock full of historical memorabilia within the neighborhood. The neighborhood got its name from Brigadier-General William Wing Loring, an officer of the Confederate States Provisional Army.
