We confess we are new to blogging…

This is a blog about blogs. We confess we are new to blogging, it’s not been a necessary element to our approach to customer service and relationship development. However, in the words of Bob Dylan, “the times, they are a changing”. Now with 90% of all real estate transactions originating on the Internet, it’s more important then ever to start building our relationships with our customers right here. Our intrepid web designer Sinoun tells us that blogging is necessary to keep a conversation going, and our web site content fresh for those thirsty search engines that crave new content constantly. So it’s here we will make another confession. Given the content overload that can inundate our lives with tweets, posts, and reposts available in the palm of our hands via our smart phones, we feel the challenge to make what we are blogging about relevant, interesting and fun. Those are tall orders for us, and ones we promise not to take lightly as we embark this blogging journey. We hope to offer a diverse range of topics, so don’t be surprised if you find topics that stray from expected real estate banter to a restaurant or dog park recommendation. The whole theme of our new web site is “professional and playful”. That’s how we approach what we do everyday. Afterall, let’s just say it, buying and selling a home can be just a tad stressful. Our goal is make the whole process fun, just like our blog posts! As always, we welcome your feedback, and of course, the all important restaurant and dog park recommendations!
